Shaks Couriers Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), the following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Shaks Couriers” means Shaks Couriers, a same day courier service located in Leicester.
“Customer” means any person or entity that retains Shaks Couriers for the purpose of delivering goods.
“Delivery” means the transportation of goods from one location to another.
2. Contract
By entering into a contract with Shaks Couriers, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Shaks Couriers will provide the Customer with a same day delivery service with a maximum delivery time of 24 hours. Shaks Couriers will not be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
4. Payment
The Customer agrees to make payment for the services provided by Shaks Couriers in full within the agreed days of the date of invoice. Overdue payments may be subject to a late fee.
5. Risk & Liability
The risk and liability for the goods being delivered shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. Shaks Couriers shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods during transit.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract at any time giving the other party 14 days’ notice in writing.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
